Two Teens Arrested for Attempted Vehicle Break-ins and Unlawful Carry of Weapons in Harris County

On December 10, 2023, deputies from Harris County Constable Mark Herman’s Office swiftly responded to reports of suspects attempting to check door handles on vehicles in the 9700 block of Autumn Harvest Drive in the Harvest Bend area. Upon arrival, law enforcement identified the individuals as 17-year-old Quentin Carl and 18-year-old Dreyvian Joseph-Dowther.

A subsequent investigation uncovered that the suspects were in possession of handguns. Consequently, both Quentin Carl and Dreyvian Joseph-Dowther were apprehended by deputies and subsequently booked into the Harris County Jail on charges of Unlawful Carry of a Weapon.
