A routine traffic stop conducted by a deputy from Constable Mark Herman’s Office led to the arrest of 36-year-old Tania Guerrero-Cecena on charges of Driving While Intoxicated (DWI). The incident occurred in the 10600 block of W Little York Road in Northwest Houston.

Upon approaching the vehicle, the deputy observed multiple signs of intoxication from Guerrero-Cecena. To confirm their suspicions, a series of Standardized Field Sobriety Tests were administered. The results indicated that Guerrero-Cecena was indeed under the influence of alcohol.

Further investigation revealed that her blood alcohol content (BAC) registered at 0.163, more than twice the legal limit. Following the confirmation of her intoxication, Guerrero-Cecena was taken into custody and subsequently booked into the Harris County Jail.

She now faces charges of Driving While Intoxicated, and legal proceedings will follow as the case develops.
