Traffic Stop Leads to Arrest of Wanted Man

In a routine traffic stop on Tuesday, November 28, 2023, a deputy from Constable Mark Herman’s Office detained 43-year-old Richard Darell Brown Jr in the 15900 block of the North Freeway.

Following a routine check, it was discovered that Brown had open warrants for Possession of a Controlled Substance, Tampering with a Government Record, and several traffic-related offenses. Consequently, Richard Brown was taken into custody and later booked into the Harris County Jail to address the multiple arrest warrants.
