Convicted Felon Arrested After Threats, Unlawful Entry at North Houston Home, Constable Says
HOUSTON – A 35-year-old man was arrested after authorities say he threatened to harm someone and unlawfully entered a residence in the Westfield area of north Harris County.
Deputies with Harris County Precinct 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded Sept. 18 to a disturbance in the 16600 block of N. Meadow Drive.
Deputies arrived and located the man reportedly responsible for the disturbance, identifying him as Armand Jones, 35. The constable’s office described Jones as a convicted felon.
Investigators said Jones had arrived at the property, made threats to cause harm and then entered the residence without permission. Authorities did not disclose what prompted the confrontation, who was threatened or whether anyone was injured.
Jones was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail on charges of terroristic threat, terroristic threat involving fear of imminent serious bodily injury and criminal mischief.
His combined bond was set at $300 in Harris County Criminal Court at Law No. 9, according to the constable’s office.
