15-Year-Old Arrested in Series of Vape City Robberies Across Harris County

HARRIS COUNTY, Texas – Detectives with the Harris County Sheriff’s Office have arrested a 15-year-old suspect believed to be responsible for multiple robberies at Vape City locations across the county, authorities said.
