Deputies Rescue 13-Year-Old from Human Trafficking at Houston Massage Parlor

Harris County Sheriff’s Office District 5 deputies and the Human Trafficking team disrupted a criminal enterprise after learning that a 13-year-old teen was being forced to work at the Rainbow Foot Relax Massage Parlor, located at 10511 Jones Road near Fallbrook Dr.

The business was reportedly providing illegal sexual services for money. Following an investigation, the teen was rescued and three individuals were arrested and charged.

Owners Shi Shin Chow and Chenxi Zou, husband and wife, along with manager Yuqin McGee, were charged with Promotion of Prostitution to Receive Money. All three are currently held at the Harris County Jail.

The rescued teen is receiving support services. Authorities thanked a concerned resident who reported the situation and acknowledged assistance from the FBI-Houston, Harris County Licensing Bureau, and the Precinct 5 Constables Office.
