Pasadena Man Arrested for Kidnapping and Sexual Assault, Police Seek Additional Victims

PASADENA, TX – A Pasadena man has been arrested and charged with kidnapping following an incident that occurred at Emerald Pointe Apartments on July 2, 2025, at approximately 12:00 a.m. Jose Santos Maldonado-Zavala is currently in custody, and sexual assault charges are pending further investigation.

Investigators with the Pasadena Police Department believe there may be additional victims in the area and are urging anyone with information to come forward.
