Humble Woman Arrested After Stabbing Man Multiple Times During Domestic Fight

On July 7, 2025, a deputy with Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to the 11800 block of Marbled White Lane in Humble, TX, following reports of a stabbing involving an adult male victim. The home where the incident took place is located in a new community off of Madera Run Pkwy.
Upon arrival, deputies located the injured male, and a Special Victims Unit (SVU) detective was requested to lead the investigation. According to the preliminary findings, the victim and the suspect, identified as 36-year-old Carolyn Craig, were involved in a verbal altercation that escalated. During the dispute, Craig allegedly stabbed the victim multiple times. The victim was transported to a local hospital in critical condition.
During the investigation, an arrest warrant was issued for Craig on the charge of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon.
On July 11th, detectives with Constable Mark Herman’s Office, along with the Special Operations Unit, located Craig’s vehicle at the H-E-B Fuel station in the 16000 block of Woodland Hills Drive near Madera Run Parkway in Humble. Craig was taken into custody without incident.
She was booked into the Harris County Jail with bond set at $20,000 by the 486th District Court.
