Three Killed in Round Rock I-35 Crash; Belton Woman Charged with Intoxication Manslaughter
The Round Rock Police Department has identified the victims of a fatal three-vehicle crash that occurred early Sunday morning, June 29, 2025, on northbound I-35 near Palm Valley Boulevard.
Officers responded to the scene around 2:00 a.m. in the 1200 block of northbound I-35. Upon arrival, they found three individuals deceased at the scene. The victims have been identified as:
- Agustin Guillen, 38, of Georgetown, TX
- Quinn Stegall, 21, of Round Rock, TX
- Maximo Ramirez, 49, of Greenville, TX
Kearra Thomas, 22, of Belton, was arrested at the scene and charged with Intoxication Manslaughter in connection with the crash. The investigation remains ongoing.
