Man Charged with Murder After Fatal Stabbing at Northwest Houston Home

A 36-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with the fatal stabbing of a woman and the stabbing injury of a man at a residence in Northwest Houston early Sunday morning.
The incident occurred around 1:45 a.m. on May 11 at 10411 North Fallen Bough Drive.
The suspect, Bao Hoang Dinh, is charged with murder and aggravated assault of a family member in the 174th State District Court. He was taken into custody at the scene without incident. A booking photo has been released by the Houston Police Department.
HPD patrol officers responded to an assault call and arrived to find a male armed with a large knife engaged in an altercation with the victims in the front yard of the residence. Officers intervened and detained Dinh.
Both victims sustained multiple stab wounds. Paramedics transported them to a hospital, where the female victim was pronounced dead. The male victim remains in stable condition.
The identity of the deceased woman is pending confirmation by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
The case is being investigated by the HPD Homicide Division.
